A Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexities and perform site work.ResponsibilitiesWork as a part of a crewAssist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or SupervisorOperate construction equipmentHandle physically demanding construction dutiesAssist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduits, manual labor and shovel work, operate power tools Requirements & Qualifications Previous underground telecom and electric new construction experience preferredMust be able to follow instructionsMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reachMust be able to climb laddersMust be able to travelMust be able to lift, carry, and place heavy objectsValid Driver's license required with clean driving record for the last 3 yearsMust have experience with construction power toolsExtensive travel is required for this positionBilingual in Spanish is a plus Starting pay rate $20 / hour depending upon applicable experience.Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.BenefitsHealth InsuranceWellness ProgramLife Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings ProgramProfit SharingPaid Leave BenefitsTeammate Assistance ProgramLearn more ( Español )Team Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our Teammates.
