The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical development and needs of pediatric patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's unique journey.ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough physical therapy evaluations in our early intervention programDevelop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findingsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team membersDocument evaluation results and treatment progress accurately and timelyStay current with pediatric physical therapy best practices and standardsEducate families on exercises, therapies, and strategies to support their child's development Compensation$150-$160 per evaluationQualificationsDoctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university program.New York State Physical Therapy LicensurePediatric evaluation experience preferredStrong assessment and communication skillsCompassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate family needs
