If you’re driven to build, improve, and lead, keep reading.What You’ll Be Responsible ForOwning day-to-day operations across multiple branchesEnforcing company standards - no shortcuts, no exceptionsManaging labor, productivity, and accountability across teamsTraining technicians and leaders to perform at a high levelBeing present in the field - this is a boots-on-the-ground leadership roleTraveling regularly between San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth and other branches as acquiredWorking overnight to support, train and evaluate crewsCommunicating clearly, directly, and consistently with both field and officeIdentifying problems quickly and solving them without delayBuilding strong, reliable teams that execute without constant oversightWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a service-based industry (required)Strong field experience - you understand the work, not just the theoryA leader who holds people accountable and doesn’t avoid tough conversationsSomeone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenComfortable managing labor, performance, and expectations dailyWilling and able to travel and work overnight shiftsStrong communicator who follows through and closes loopsExperience training and developing teams in the fieldWhat You Get$75,000–$90,000 base salary (based on experience)Bonuses, PTO, paid holidays and 401(k)Health insuranceA leadership role with real impact on a growing companyBottom LineWe’re not looking for someone to maintain - we’re looking for someone to elevate.
