We're looking for a results-driven Assistant Property Manager, with LIHTC experience, to take charge of a thriving multi-family apartment community.In this role, you'll be responsible for everything from team supervision and leasing strategy to resident relations, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. If you're highly organized, people-oriented, and ready to lead with professionalism and purpose, this is the opportunity for you.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMWhat You'll Be Doing:Oversee all operations of a multi-family apartment community, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficientlyLIHTC applicationsLead and support on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance teamDevelop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancyFoster positive relationships with residents and handle escalated concerns with care and professionalismManage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and enforce lease policiesEnsure compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulationsConduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appealUtilize property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) to manage operations and reportingWhat We're Looking For:1-2 years of experience of leasing experience in a multi-family environmentLIHTC experience requiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication, organization, and customer service abilitiesProven success in managing budgets, increasing occupancy, and improving resident satisfactionProficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.)Solid understanding of leasing practices, maintenance operations, and Fair Housing lawsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (CAM, CAPS, etc.) are a plusReady to Take the Lead?If you're a proactive, motivated professional who's ready to take ownership of a community and lead it to success, we want to hear from you.
