BHT providers work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans across school, home, and community settings—wherever therapeutic support is needed. As a BHT, you will build a strong, supportive bond with a child who relies on your skills and consistency to improve their quality of life. You will work under the supervision of a Behavior Specialist who provides training, ongoing guidance, and clinical oversight. BHTs are also encouraged to share observations and insights to help strengthen and refine each client's treatment plan. Team members are supported throughout their employment and valued as essential contributors to the treatment team. Assignments are matched based on availability, preferred hours (up to 40 per week), and proximity whenever possible. Many cases require availability of 25 or more hours per week with one client.
