Candidate may have to travel to client Central Office occasionally (1-2 times per quarter).DescriptionOur client is looking for an Applications Architect. This position will provide leadership and direction to the department staff on the design of development of ITIL systems and solutions involving service management, change management, configuration management, and asset management. The Applications Architect will be a member of the application development team, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure effective ITIL system solutions along with associated application technology for the client. The individual will work closely with the functional user groups within the client's department to ensure effectiveness of system solutions deployed.This position will review detailed systems specifications to ensure the development and support of new systems and enhancement of existing systems is consistent with client development and support methodologies, standards, and policies. This position also works closely various department staff in administrating and developing their legal software.TasksCollaborating with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs.Compiling and implementing application development plans for new or existing applications.Demonstrating application prototypes and integrating user feedback.Writing scripts and code for applications, as well as installing and updating applications.Providing end-users with technical support.Running diagnostic tests and performing debugging procedures.Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities RequiredAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Superb organizational and time management skills.Skills Required2+ years - Experience as an Applications Architect2+ years - Proficient in programming languages, such as SQL and JavaScript.2+ years - Ability to configure, and willingness to learn, cloud based or prem-on off-the shelf business solutions.2+ years - Experience in aligning application development with business needs.Experience configuring ITIL products such as Ivanti Service Management and ServiceNowBachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar.PriyankaSr. RecruiterPhone: 2015814821Email: Priyanka@stellentit.comGtalk: Priyanka@stellentit.com
