The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to homeowners, introducing our HVAC solutions and rebate programsEducate potential customers on the benefits of energy-efficient heating and cooling systemsExplain government rebate programs clearly and concisely, helping homeowners understand potential savingsQualify leads by assessing homeowners’ needs and eligibility for rebate programsSchedule appointments for in-home consultations with our expert techniciansOvercome objections and address concerns about HVAC upgradesMaintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM systemMeet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targetsCollaborate with the sales team to refine pitches and improve conversion ratesCommunicate with Team Members and Management to ensure smooth workflow.Perform other tasks as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.Other responsibilities and duties as required and as assigned by Team Lead or Management.RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English, with a clear and friendly phone mannerPrevious experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferredPassion for energy efficiency and willingness to learn about HVAC systemsResilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills for data entry and proficiency with CRM systemsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote settingAvailability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for evening and weekend shiftsComfortable with performance-based incentives and meeting sales targetsAbility to quickly learn and explain technical information about HVAC systems and rebate programsIndependent Contractor PerksHMO Coverage in eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringStrong commissions and incentivesReminder:Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
