Please do not apply is you are NON-Local.Job SummaryThe Regional Project & Services EHS Specialist will support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities for project and service sites across the Florida region. This role supports operations from service execution through commissioning activities and requires extensive travel to customer locations.Responsibilities include conducting audits, assessments, compliance reviews, incident investigations, and EHS training for field personnel. The position works closely with operations and field teams to ensure compliance with company EHS programs, procedures, and customer site requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day EHS support for service activities and project operations. Support and monitor project/service teams to ensure implementation of EHS plans and procedures. Conduct site audits and assessments to verify compliance with EHS standards and policies. Provide direct support to field employees working at customer locations. Assist in resolving EHS-related issues using analytical and problem-solving skills. Coordinate with internal EHS teams for guidance and operational support. Support customer site access and compliance requirements. Build strong working relationships with operational and field teams. Coordinate incident investigations and ensure proper documentation/reporting of accidents and compliance events. Deliver EHS training and awareness support to field technicians as needed. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college (Health & Safety preferred) OR High school diploma with relevant industry experience and accredited EHS safety training certifications. Minimum 2–3 years of experience supporting EHS initiatives. Experience with field-based EHS protocols and compliance activities. Ability and willingness to travel up to 90%. Preferred QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions. Experience documenting, planning, and executing EHS programs. Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in industrial sectors such as electric power, energy, refining, offshore, or related industries. Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
