You will provide backup support for the Senior Project Analyst, and coordinate projects, activities, and administrative functions to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.As a Project Analyst I, IPCM, you willEnsure performance measurements comply with internal/external Service Level Agreement (SLA)Provide project methodology/scoping support from request through the completed initiation processManage and coordinate the broad scoping process for limited project requests regionallyPrepare basic documentation of new projects through to project assignment including the collection and understanding of the contract, pricing, Statement of Work, Scope of ServicesLiaise with the sales department on date availability for the projectsProvide support to Senior Project Analyst for other administrative duties like departmental contact lists and other GPMO documentsAbout youProfessional and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to facilitate and resolve showstoppersIntermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPointPrevious travel industry and project management role experienceGeneral working knowledge of BCD Travel's multi-national structure, capabilities, products, and servicesSix Sigma or other project management methodology familiarization is an asset
