Customer Experience Host (Self-Checkouts)

Overview Responsible for multiple self-checkout registers while driving outstanding customer experience through proactive and customer-focused actions and exceptional service. May assist with regular checkout stations as needed. Job Qualifications Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions Additional Qualifications/Requirements: Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members Cash handling experience preferred Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Retail experience preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.76 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits: Parental leave Work Location: In person
