HR Administration Post and monitor applications for open positions, follow up with coordinating interviews with managers Assist with the smooth onboarding of new employees and offboarding processes. Maintain employe records and documentation Support the administration of the company employee handbook and the employee benefit insurance program Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, leave, and procedures. Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records. Prepare standard HR reports and statistical data for managers. Assist in processing Payroll Provide training and development opportunities Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information Administer employee performance management program Administer the devices & property provided to employees, such as cell phones, computer/laptop, special tools, software etc. Back-Office Administration Act as liaison to the travel agency & SAP Concur for employee business travel and – as required - support employees for travel related questions and issues Provide periodic travel cost analysis reports to management Support the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database Act as Administrator for Marketing, Trade Show & Promotion Material Point person in planning major company gatherings, such as e.g. the Annual All Employee Team Meeting/Company Party in January Assist in the filing of Annual Reports in the businesses currently registered States Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office and be the key point of contact for housekeeping & manage office supplies Support/Lead initiatives for office improvements Work with cross-functional teams at HQ in Switzerland Additional Responsibilities Assist Accounting & Finance Department by: ---contacting customers and collection of all payments ---Prepare and present bi-weekly reports on collection activity and progress ---Review, process, and pre-approve expense reports using SAP Concur on a regular basis ---Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies ---Receive and process invoices by consulting relevant departments for verification and forward them to Finance Manager for posting and payment bookings. Support Order Processing as needed Support Special Projects as appointed to improve business practices QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Work experience, Social skills, additional skills) Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent Credentials 2 years related experience and/or training in HR, preferably in industrial background Experience using HR software Knowledge of National labor relations and laws Experience in SAP preferred Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work with all management levels, and as part of an international organization Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm Commitment to excellence and high standards Proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Salary $60,000-$70,000 DOE 401k with employer match Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance Flexible PTO policy Hybrid work policy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
