Internal Medicine Residency Faculty Physician – General Medicine Unit The Internal Medicine Residency Program at Unity Hospital, Rochester Regional Health, is seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine doctor to serve as a Faculty Physician for the General Medicine Unit. This role supports an expanding program dedicated to enhancing medical education. Responsibilities Supervise the outpatient Residency clinic, where 41 Internal Medicine Residents are based. Conduct educational teachings. Lead Huddle Rounds with residents. Participate in interviews for prospective residency candidates. Contribute to case reports and research activities. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Valid medical license and ability to practice medicine in the desired location. Salary Range $200,000.00 – $250,000.00 (base pay range; may be modified based on experience, licensure, qualifications, specialty, equity, location, and contracts). Licenses / Certifications Physician – New York State Education Department (NYSED). Physical Requirements Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently, or negligible amount constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
