Giant Paintball Referee (Lakeside)

Job Posting: Paintball and Airsoft Referee Location: Giant Paintball and Airsoft, Lakeside San Diego Position Type: Part-time, Weekends and some Federal Holidays Pay: California Minimum Wage ($16.50/hour) Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Paintball and Airsoft Referees. As a referee, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our players, enforce game rules, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise paintball and airsoft games to ensure fair play and safety. Explain and enforce game rules and safety guidelines. Assist players with equipment setup and provide basic instructions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of playing fields and equipment. Requirements: Enthusiastic about paintball and airsoft sports. Reliable and hardworking, able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to enforce rules firmly and fairly.
