This role focuses on process improvement, procedure development, testing, and data analysis, while partnering closely with Service and Support teams.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in process flows, data reporting, technology, and advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL (tables and queries). Experience in Lockbox and banking operations is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Application SupportProvide operational support for Lockbox applications and related systemsServe as the first point of contact for user inquiries and production issuesPerform issue tracking, root cause analysis, and resolutionIdentify and implement preventative measuresProcess Improvement & TestingCreate, edit, and maintain operational procedures and documentationDevelop and execute test scripts for application and process enhancementsSupport process improvement initiatives and system changesBusiness & Data AnalysisConduct business analysis across payment and deposit applicationsWork with systems including mainframe, distributed systems, databases, and web-based platformsExtract and analyze data from multiple sources using complex SQL queries and joinsDevelop insights to support strategic and operational decision-makingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersCollaborate across business units to support Lockbox operations and initiativesService & DeliveryDeliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholdersActively contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze operational, financial, and qualitative dataExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentHigh adaptability and comfort with ambiguityStrong collaboration and teamwork mindsetRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2+ years in an operations, analyst, or support environmentStrong attention to detail with the ability to document and implement requirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProven ability to analyze issues and drive resolutionExperience with Excel and database toolsAbility to quickly learn and apply new systems and processesPreferred Qualifications1 2 years of Operations Analyst experienceExperience in Lockbox and/or banking operationsStrong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, data visualization)Experience with SQL queries and large data setsFamiliarity with Jira or similar toolsTechnical aptitude with Windows-based systems and applications Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
