Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Personal Assistant. In this position, you will support executives by managing their diaries, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence. Additional responsibilities include performing clerical tasks, organizing files, preparing reports, and providing administrative support for day-to-day operations. You will also act as a point of communication, ensuring smooth information flow between stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support executives in organizational and operational tasks.Proficiency in Diary Management to schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.Well-developed Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.Proficiency with productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred.Previous experience in a similar administrative or assistant role is an advantage.
