Customer Onboarding & Account Growth SpecialistRestauRent | Providence, RI | Full-Time | HybridOverview:RestauRent is hiring a Customer Onboarding & Account Growth Specialist to help launch, support, and grow our network of restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, and event venues across the country. This is a highly visible role within a fast-growing startup where you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class onboarding experience for new venue partners while helping them maximize their success on the platform. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow alongside the company. You will work directly with the COO & Co-Founder to onboard new customers, build and launch venue listings, optimize venue profiles, assist with marketing initiatives, answer customer questions, and help identify opportunities for account growth and long-term success. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new technology, and takes pride in helping clients achieve their goals.
