In this role, you will provide support to several departments including sales, warehouse and purchasing, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, assisting customers and sales staff, and data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personContribute to company reportsMaintain an organized filing systemDevelop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferredPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar positionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machinesProficient in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projectsAbility to work both independently and with a team
