Load Tracker/ Logistics Support

SummaryThe Load tracker is responsible for the effectiveness of the operations staff by doing a daily check call on all loads for the Flatbed and Van Operations group. Other duties as instructed on a daily basis by the Operations Manager or Office Administrator.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMust perform a daily check call to the carrier to get a current location and confirm on-time delivery.Communicate to the Operations group as to the progress of their loads and alert them of any issues that will prevent on-time delivery.Run a set of daily reports for the Operations Manager and the Operations group. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work .
