Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level

Job Overview The inside sales rep is a key member of the sales team, driving awareness and interest within a defined territory, and with the goal of transitioning into an outside sales executive within 12 to 24 months. This position is responsible for lead generation and market research using remote tactics (phone calls, email), but will participate in the entirety of sales cycles. Work Environment For the majority of the time, this job operates in the employee’s home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and maneuver 30 pounds of equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM or as needed to handle scheduled events. Travel This position requires less than 5% travel Required Education and Experience Associates degree is preferred, but past experience will be taken into consideration. Experience within a sales role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
