Project ManagerClient seeks a Project Manager for the PASS Modernization Project to lead testing: create plans, develop scripts, organize teams, coordinate execution, document results, and report progress to the PMO for a new cloud-based procurement system.The district government's PASS Modernization Project is replacing the existing on-premises procurement management system with a new state-of-the-art cloud solution. Client seeks a Project Manager to support the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing the entire testing process: creating test plans; developing and coordinating development of test scripts; organizing test teams; coordinating and documenting test execution; and reporting progress to the PMO.ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningTesting OversightStrategic PlanningCoordinationSchedule ManagementRisk & Change ManagementDocumentation & CommunicationSkillsBachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience - Required - 20 YearsExperience managing testing for large, complex IT projects. - Required - 16 YearsExperience with Agile Scrum methodology, including Agile Sprints, Roadmaps, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Required - 16 YearsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Required - 16 YearsExperience with cloud ERP automated test tools desired, for example: Selenium, Tricentis, Test Evolve, Opkey, Leapwork - Required - 16 YearsProven leadership and decision-making skills managing a diverse team including onsite and virtual team members - Required - 16 YearsDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. - Required - 16 YearsPMP certification - Desired - 16 YearsExperience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams - Desired - 8 YearsExperience managing cloud ERP testing - Desired - 16 YearsWilling to work onsite 4 days a week - Required
