This role serves as the on-site business leader across all functions, responsible for driving both operational performance and commercial success. The General Manager will lead manufacturing and supply chain while also owning key customer relationships and supporting business growth tied to the Kentucky operation.Role OverviewThe General Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the Kentucky operation, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and site-level financial performance. This role requires balancing strong operational execution with active involvement in customer relationships and business growth.The General Manager will lead and align manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions while working directly with customers and commercial teams to ensure commitments are realistic, execution is reliable, and opportunities for growth are captured.This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who has operated a manufacturing site or business unit and is comfortable leading both the operational and commercial aspects of a business.
