Duties Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves efficiently and accurately using RF scanners and inventory control systems Load and unload shipments, ensuring products are handled safely with forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy lifting techniques Maintain cleanliness of the store by performing regular cleaning, organizing stock areas, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented for customers Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and updating inventory records Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and replenishing stock as needed Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Perform retail math calculations for pricing, stock levels, and sales transactions to support accurate store operations Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse or retail environments with familiarity in inventory management and stocking procedures Ability to operate RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and product placement Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales is preferred but not required Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of independence when managing stock duties Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
