Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Finance and Accounting for an on-site, full-time role at our property in Key West, FL. This position will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with industry standards. The Director will collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial decision-making, manage budgets, and oversee the accounting team to optimize financial operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, including effective budget management and forecasting.Proficient in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting data.Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate complex financial information and provide sound recommendations.Leadership and team management experience to guide and develop the accounting team.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a strong advantage.Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
