Certified Inspector/Quality Engineer - Manufacturing Industry

Job Description MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS:JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Control Technician is responsible for the quality and fabrication of high-quality Manufacturing. You will be working with our team to achieve daily production goals, and to provide superior quality, and service, to external customers. Monitor processes and inspect produced goods and services. They propose measures and process improvements to enhance operations, ensure reliability of systems, and minimize downtime, errors, and defects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Position Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Review of engineering drawings, diagrams, and customer requirementsIn-process and final inspections of wire harness assembliesIdentification, documentation, and follow-up of non-conformancesPreparation of formal quality reports including corrective actionsLeading root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Verification of effectiveness and proper closure of corrective actionsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and returnsCollaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issuesEnsuring compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and other applicable requirementsOther duties may be assigned as required to support project objectives and company operations.Workplace Environment |Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and potentially sharp objectsNoise level can be high and will vary based on location in the plantPrior Experience |Solid Work History InManufacturing or Warehousing experience preferred.High School Equivalent, or Related Work ExperienceSelf-Motivated / Career-Minded / Punctual / Dependable / PatientConstructive and effective communication as necessaryExperience in Math Skills and Read A Tape MeasureExperience in Micrometer and Caliper /SPCExperience in Microsoft Office applications / Moderate computer skillsPhysical Demands | Vision Hearing Occasionally stand/walk for extended time Occasionally grip up to 40lbs Occasionally bend to floor/reach to 72 inches Occasionally push/pull up to 35lbs Occasionally lift/carry up to 46lbs Occasionally use hand coordination (fine/gross motor)QUALIFICATIONS:Quality Assurance experience working in a Manufacturing is highly preferredMicrosoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Math and ReadingQuality Control Experience working in a Manufacturing is highly preferredHigh School Diploma / GEDMath and ReadingHeavy lifting 50lb +Standing long periodsWalking moving about on foot to accomplish taskVision - the worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned.Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.Kneeling: Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.Crouching: Bending the body downward and forward by bending the leg and spine.Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward, or outward.Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.Environment: The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.Must Submit ResumeWork Schedule: Monday - Thursday - 5am-330pm (10hr shifts 4 day week)Pay: $21Must Meet RequirementsCompany DescriptionFun, honest, and committed to providing great jobs for our candidates and great employees for our clients!Company DescriptionFun, honest, and committed to providing great jobs for our candidates and great employees for our clients!
