This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of IT support services to our clients while maintaining optimal inventory and vendor relationships.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: Commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth within a growing MSPKey ResponsibilitiesService Dispatch (50%)Receive, prioritize, and assign service tickets and support requests to support response and field techniciansCoordinate scheduling to maximize technician efficiency and minimize response timesMonitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolutionCommunicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, status updates, and issue resolutionMaintain dispatch records and update the ticketing system with accurate status informationResponse to "quick hit" and incident tickets as necessaryEscalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate teams or managementProcurement (50%)Manage inventory of hardware, software, and IT suppliesProcess purchase orders and track deliveries from vendorsResearch and evaluate vendors for best pricing, quality, and lead timesMaintain procurement documentation and inventory recordsCoordinate equipment deployment for new client installationsAssist with asset tracking and lifecycle managementIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsQualificationsExperience: 2-4 years in IT dispatch, customer service, or procurement roles (MSP experience preferred)Technical Aptitude: Understanding of IT hardware, networking, and common software applicationsCommunication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone and email etiquetteSoft Skills: Understand the importance of Client Experience. Proven results being politely persistent with team members and clients.Organization: Excellent multitasking and time-management abilitiesTechnical Tools: Familiarity with professional services automation (PSA) tools and remote monitoring/management (RMM) platforms a plusEducation: High school diploma required; associate's degree or relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL) preferredThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
