At least three (3) years of that experience (5 years preferred) must have been in business systems analysis and design, and at an intermediate-level skill in:Triage and troubleshooting applicationseliciting and documenting business requirementsproject managementDetailed Explanation of Experience:A minimum of three (3) years' experience (5 years preferred) using analytical support documentation and automated tools, including: Business Process documentation (e.g., Use Cases, work-flow diagrams, reference guides, user manuals),Service Management support applications, andBusiness Intelligence analysis applications (writing SQL queries).Detailed Explanation of Experience:A minimum of two (2) years' experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst. May include experience in one or more of the following business analysis activities: state project approval lifecycle (PAL) documentation development,application requirements analysis,business process analysis or re-engineering (e.g., supporting conversion and transition to a new application),application testing, or user training.PREFERRED two (2) years' experience (within the last five (5) years) as a business analyst on the implementation and support of Salesforce solutions.Detailed Explanation of Experience:Baccalaureate-level degree (Master's degree or doctorate preferred) in relevant technical specialty, such as computer science, management information systems, computer engineering, software engineering from an accredited university.
