You’ll manage buy targets and projected inventory levels to ensure optimal stock positions, establish data-driven methods to monitor stock-to-sales ratios, and analyze sales trends for accurate forecasting. Integrating financial reporting, budget requirements, and business objectives, you’ll influence decision-making, support in-season business management, and drive profitable outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration.We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactCreate department, class, and style-color level plans by channel and country, owning top-down planning guidanceDevelop strategic weekly sales plans that roll up to monthly and seasonal plans while supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) strategiesAnalyze historical performance and current business trends to identify risks and opportunities across categories and classesEnsure alignment and reconciliation between top-down financial targets and bottom-up merchandise plansBuild strong partnerships with Merchants to understand financial objectives, develop line and GTM stories, and influence assortment decisions through data-driven insightsLead long-range budgeting and reforecasting (RF) processes to support business objectivesDrive pre-season and in-season middle-out reconciliation to ensure financial and inventory targets are achievedPartner with and influence cross-functional teams to develop strategies that support business performance and financial goalsWho You AreBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2-3+ years of experience in merchandise planning, merchandise financial planning, inventory management, or retail analyticsProven ability to analyze complex data, forecast business performance, and develop actionable insightsStrong understanding of retail math, inventory management, financial reporting, and forecasting methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignmentProficiency in planning systems, data analysis tools, and advanced ExcelStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat We'll Give You –Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
