(No CDL needed. Training provided)Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.Lead Operations: become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job); ability to communicate both on and off hours to plan for upcoming jobs.Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.QualificationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing roleSafety-first mindsetAbility to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficientlyAbility to problem solve on the fly to get the job doneObtain and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle recordSupply and reliably use your own mobile phone Ability to lift 75 lbs Company OverviewThe Junkluggers is a caring alternative to traditional furniture and junk removal with a commitment to enhancing lives, communities, and the environment by donating, recycling, and supporting local charity partners.
