Senior Highway Engineer

By joining our Morristown, NJ team, you'll have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale and small-scale infrastructure projects utilizing your roadway design expertise within supporting software such as MicroStation, Open Roads, and AutoTurn. You'll solve complex infrastructure engineering problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, and guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You'll support Project Managers with scope development, schedules, budgets, and coordination with NJDOT/NJTA and local agency clientsWe'll assist in your professional growth by developing your skills in a hands-on generation of project deliverables. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients.
