Job SummaryThe Dietetic Patient Ambassador plays a key role in supporting patient nutrition through direct interaction, rounding, assistance, communication, education, and service recovery as needed. This supervisor-level position is empowered to address patient concerns, make decisions regarding processes and procedures, and implement service recovery solutions. The Ambassador ensures compliance with all departmental and facility policies and adheres to HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
