Genesys Project Manager

We are currently hiring for an IT Project Manager role with our client for a 6-month contract based in San Jose, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week).Position Details:Role: IT Project ManagerLocation: San Jose, CA (Onsite)Duration: 6 months (extendable)Pay Rate: $67/hr on W2Role Overview:The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, with a strong focus on contact center and CRM technologies. You will manage project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery within budget and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end IT project deliveryDevelop and manage project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources)Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder meetingsIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesTrack progress and provide regular status updatesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetRequired Skills & Experience:6–9 years of IT Project Management experienceStrong expertise in Genesys Contact Center platforms3–5 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud3–5 years of experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)
