Entry-Level Sales Representative

Your primary focus will be on developing a new book of business through engaging in-person sales calls to businesses. We offer extensive training to equip you with the skills needed to connect with small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors. You will meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers, presenting them with our leading supplemental insurance products and services. Core Responsibilities:Leverage our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, attract clients, and expand your professional network within your designated territory and local communities. Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, or text. Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs. Engage in regular calls and meetings with your sales manager and team. Visit potential businesses to establish relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients. Build and maintain your own client portfolio. Work collaboratively with your sales manager to establish monthly and quarterly sales goals. Plan your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager. Log daily work statistics and provide updates on sales activities at the end of each workday. Additional Qualifications:Must pass a thorough pre-employment background check. Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain; we provide the study course at no cost and reimburse state licensing fees). A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of post-high school work experience (candidates close to degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic backgrounds will also be considered).
