We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Program Manager - Non-IT (Platform Evaluation & Implementation Lead)Job Location: Washington, DCDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: 601 E St NW, Washington, D.C. 20049Desired Start Date: 7/13/2026Job Description:Seeking a temporary Platform Evaluation & Implementation Lead to support knowledge management system (Insights Hub) and strengthen its generative AI and platform capabilities.This role spans two distinct but connected phases:Pre‐decision platform evaluation, including structured collection of stakeholder feedback to inform leadership decisions; and any participation in any testing and analysis required. Post‐decision planning and execution, supporting implementation readiness, migration planning, testing, validation, and change management. This is a senior, hands‐on role for an experienced strategic partner who can lead through ambiguity, apply agile principles, and contribute directly to execution—not just coordinate work.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Pre‐Decision Platform Evaluation & Sandbox TestingSupport the definition and operationalization of success criteria and evaluative metrics (e.g., usability, accuracy, relevancy, completeness, recency, efficiency). Support collection, synthesization, and analyzation of testing feedback and insights. Support preparation of decision‐ready summaries and recommendations for leadership and advisory stakeholders. B. Planning & Program ManagementPartner with Research leadership to inform overall scope, sequencing, and decision framing for the Insights Hub initiative. Support delivery of actionable project plan with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage the integrated schedule from evaluation through execution, keeping the team on track and surfacing risks early. Apply agile principles to adapt plans as new information, constraints, or opportunities emerge. C. Implementation Readiness, Migration Planning, Testing & Validation (Post‐Decision)Support planning and coordination required to stand up a selected system or evolve the existing platform, including:Implementation planning and workflow designData migration planning and execution supportTesting, validation, and readiness checkpointsPartner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets functional, governance, and operational requirements. Help translate evaluation findings into implementation priorities and sequencing. D. Change Management & CommunicationsCraft clear, audience‐appropriate communications throughout both phases (evaluation and post‐decision), including updates, guidance, and decision materials. Provide change‐management support to help stakeholders understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to engage with new systems or workflows. Anticipate adoption challenges and proactively address them through communication, training, and process adjustments. RequiredQualifications & ExperienceBalance strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up sleeves and produce deliverables. Significant experience leading complex, cross‐functional initiatives involving platform evaluation, system implementation, or both. Demonstrated expertise in:Project management and agile deliveryPlatform or vendor evaluation and comparisonSandbox or user testing design and executionTesting and validationChange management and communicationsData migration or implementation readiness planningStrong communication and synthesis skills, with experience creating executive‐ready materials. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping teams move from exploration to decision. PreferredExperience in research, insights, knowledge management, analytics, or data‐driven environments.
