Each inspector ensures that all work meets company, PCI, and industry standards while supporting ATMI’s commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesPre-Pour InspectionInspect forms to PCI-MNL-117 tolerances, including squareness, location of architectural features and openings, reinforcement placement, and surface qualityVerify and record strand elongationsPrepare and cast next-day concrete cylinders for testingReport any discrepancies or deviations to QC managementPost-Pour InspectionApprove finished products by verifying specifications and conducting visual and dimensional checksRelease tables to stripping crews by breaking next-day cylindersTag panels with all required information, including cast date, panel number, control number, job number, and bed numberIdentify nonconformities and confirm rework when requiredReport any discrepancies to QC managementLaboratory TestingConduct fresh concrete testing for temperature, unit weight, air content, slump, and 28-day cylindersStore, break, and record 28-day cylinder resultsPerform aggregate testing such as moistures and gradationsMaintain a clean and organized laboratory environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbsAbility to work outdoors in varying conditions including heat, humidity, and exposure to dustStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyWillingness to learn and follow established proceduresExcellent communication and teamwork skills
