Job Title: General Laborer Location: Hudsonville, MI Shift: 1st/2nd/3rd shift openings Pay: $17-20/hr Key Responsibilities Assist with general production tasks, including assembly, packaging, and material handling Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed Support machine operators and production staff with various tasks Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift Comfortable working on feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks Schedule 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift availability Overtime may be required based on production needs TSTRATHP By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Talent Strategy regarding your job application, interviews, and employment updates.
