You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, youll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 scheduleWork: Monday & Tuesday - Off: Wednesday & Thursday - Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday - Work: Wednesday & Thursday - Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday12-hour static shifts (Nights - 5:00pm - 5:00am)What Youll DoTransferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion linePackaging/labeling the rolls per customer specificationsScrap RemovalStocking production/packaging areas with necessary materialsMaintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workersWhat Youll BringEssential Qualifications:Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 poundsBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring toolsStrong communication skills and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environmentAbility to pass pre-employment drug screeningForklift experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:2-5 years of forklift experienceBasic computer knowledgePrevious manufacturing experience
