Food Plating and Assembly

Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented team member to plate and assemble food during service. This is a fast paced position that supports the kitchen by keeping tickets moving, portions consistent, and presentation clean and professional. Responsibilities Plate and assemble menu items according to Santana’s standards Follow portion guides and plating photos to keep every dish consistent Garnish correctly and ensure dishes look clean before they leave the pass Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Keep the plating station stocked, organized, and sanitized Label, portion, and assist with light prep as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
