As a physical therapist, you will utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment programs for patients with diverse medical conditions.Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and safe mobility practices.Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with hospital standards.Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth patient transition to home or further care.Adhere to safety, infection control, and privacy policies within the hospital setting. Schedule/Hours:Full-time contract position; specific hours and shift to be discussed during interview. Qualifications:Active Physical Therapist license in the state.Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary healthcare environment.Current CPR certification.
