What You'll Bring Experience in outbound calling, sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple platforms Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up ready to perform Home Services a plus What You'll Do Schedule qualified appointments for our estimators to present our products and services to homeowners Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to incoming inquiries Provide prospects with additional information via email as needed Assess and qualify new leads to ensure quality appointments Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting goals What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25/hour Weekly uncapped bonus structure Full-time position with paid time off (PTO)
