We’re looking for high-energy, dependable team members who enjoy working evenings and weekends, especially Sundays, to help deliver our world-famous guest experience. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active during their shift, and being part of a positive, performance-focused team. Typical shifts include: 2 PM – 10 PM 5 PM – 10 PM Weekend availability required (Sunday availability especially important) Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Starting pay is $16/hr including incentives, with additional earning opportunities through team bonuses and performance incentives. Benefits / Perks Career advancement opportunities, including leadership and management roles Two-week paid training program with certifications in all areas of the wash Monthly team bonus and individual performance incentives Free monthly Tommy Club membership Safety equipment and uniform provided (team members provide black pants and belt) Snacks in the break room and a fun, team-focused work environment Key Responsibilities Deliver a consistently great guest experience Greet guests with energy and confidence and explain wash options clearly Help guests understand the value of Tommy Club memberships Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility Learn and operate car wash technology and equipment systems Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly Make sound decisions to resolve guest or operational issues Required Qualifications & Skills Friendly, outgoing personality with positive energy Comfortable starting conversations with guests and making recommendations Strong work ethic and team-first mindset Willingness to learn guest service, technology, and mechanical skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Clear and dependable communication Availability to regularly work evening shifts and weekends (Sunday required) Guest service or sales experience preferred but not required Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license Willing to complete a background check Physical Demands Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders, and lift frequently.
