This person should be comfortable leading the executive compensation workstream in complex corporate transactions and have a track record of advising boards, companies, and executives on high-stakes compensation matters.Bonus points if you have experience with public company disclosure, compensation committee counseling, or cross-border equity arrangements.CompensationBase salary: $390K - $455KHybrid Work PolicyThis is a hybrid role based in New York.
