With a Michelin-trained chef leading our R&D, we are also developing cutting-edge autonomous systems with plans for a global launch in Q4 2025.Role DescriptionThis on-site full-time Cafe Lead role is located in Seattle, WA. As a Cafe Manager, you will oversee daily cafe operations, maintain excellent customer service standards, manage staff scheduling, and ensure the quality of food and beverages served. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, training team members, handling inventory, and meeting sales targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and exceptional service within the cafe.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage with customers and build a positive community experience.Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure the highest quality product and operational efficiency.Knowledge of Sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue and meet performance goals.Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, along with problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment and availability to work weekends or evenings as needed.Experience in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.Passion for high-quality coffee and matcha is highly desirable.
