ControllerConfidential Company | Midland, TX$120,000–$130,000 Base Salary + BonusOn-Site | Monday–FridayAbout the OpportunityA growing and fast-paced multi-entity organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and cash management initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic growth, optimize financial performance, and maintain operational excellence across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys both strategic finance and day-to-day operational involvement within a dynamic business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationPrepare accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial reportingDevelop executive reporting packages including KPIs, variance analysis, EBITDA tracking, and operational metricsManage annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planningOversee banking relationships, borrowing base reporting, and liquidity managementManage multi-state tax compliance including Texas and New Mexico reporting requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and banking partnersSupport inventory accounting controls and operational reporting improvementsDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial system optimizationSupervise and mentor accounting and administrative staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5–7+ years of accounting or finance leadership experienceStrong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementExperience within multi-entity environmentsHands-on QuickBooks experience requiredStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingPrior experience in oilfield services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-heavy industries preferredCPA or MBA is a plusCompensation & Benefits$120,000–$130,000 base salaryBonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan optionsPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesStable and growth-oriented leadership environmentIf you are interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity, apply directly or reach out for additional details.
