Hotel Shuttle Driver

Schedule: 3 shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 2 shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Weekend and evening availability required) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and guest-oriented Hotel Shuttle Driver / Lobby Attendant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, assisting guests, and supporting hotel operations during slower periods. You’ll safely transport hotel guests within a 3-mile radius using a hotel van and assist with lobby and housekeeping support duties when not driving. Key Responsibilities Shuttle Driver Duties Safely operate the hotel shuttle van following all traffic laws and hotel policies Transport guests to and from the airport and nearby locations within a 3-mile radius Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Maintain trip logs and communicate clearly with the Front Desk Lobby Attendant / Housekeeping Support Duties Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby, restrooms, and public areas Assist housekeeping with light duties as needed (trash removal, linen transport, supply restocking) Monitor lobby areas to ensure a welcoming, safe environment Support the Front Desk and housekeeping teams during slower shuttle periods Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review Previous driving experience preferred (hotel, shuttle, delivery, or similar) Customer service or hospitality experience a plus Ability to work independently and stay productive during overnight shifts Able to lift up to 40 lbs (luggage, supplies) Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication CDL is NOT required Why Join Our Team?
