This position is responsible for handling IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting provisioning and deployment activities, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requests.This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment while delivering a high level of customer service.This role requires daily on-site presence in Redmond, WA.What You’ll DoDeploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipmentProvide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting where appropriateEnsure safe disposal and handling of retired or damaged equipmentManage inventory levels within the deployment and logistics scopeMaintain accurate asset traceability through inventory and data entry systemsReceive and process inbound hardware shipmentsPerform inventory cycle counts as directed by leadershipRestock IT cabinets, lockers, and vending machinesSupport e-waste processing and donation requestsCollect IT equipment from employees during upgrades, offboarding, and device refreshesMonitor and maintain ticket queues, task queues, and service requests regularlyCoordinate delivery of devices and equipment to meet operational deadlinesEnsure all deliveries are completed ahead of orientation or project deadlinesAssist with desk moves, workstation setups, and office support activitiesPartner with inventory and logistics teams across multiple sites and regionsMaintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areasSupport operational improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned by managementWhat You Need To SucceedExperience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with inventory management systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective time management in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetProfessional, customer-focused approachAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsExperience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)Why Join UsAt EOS IT Solutions, you’ll be part of a high-performing IT Logistics team supporting a global technology client.
