Role Description As a full-time Cosmetics Department Manager at Dillard's, you will oversee daily operations within the cosmetics department, ensuring a high standard of customer service and driving sales performance. This on-site role, located in Atlanta, GA, includes responsibilities such as managing inventory, training and supervising team members, developing promotional strategies, and building positive relationships with customers and partner brands. You will also analyze sales data, set performance goals, and ensure the team upholds Dillard's service and presentation standards. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skillsProven experience in sales, customer service, and meeting sales targetsKnowledge of cosmetics, beauty trends, and product linesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to track metrics, analyze sales data, and implement growth strategiesFlexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in retail or cosmetics management is preferredBachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field is a plus
