Direct Support Professional

Overview Launch Services is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with disabilities in a structured residential home environment. DSPs play a critical role in helping clients build independence, maintain daily routines, and achieve personal goals. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to follow established house systems and leadership direction. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living skills (hygiene, meals, chores, routines) Support clients in working toward individual goals Follow established house schedules and behavior support plans Complete accurate and timely documentation (log notes, goal tracking) Ensure client health and safety at all times Prepare meals and assist with grocery organization as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home Communicate effectively with the House Supervisor regarding concerns or updates Attend required monthly trainings and team meetings What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to follow structure and take direction Strong communication skills Patience and compassion Willingness to learn and grow Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or human services preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate. https://www.facebook.com/Launch-Services-LLC-106235240774876/ Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
