Learn more at focalpointchicago.org.Job SummaryThe Imaging Registration Representative Lead assists the Imaging Registration Representative Supervisor in day-to-day operations of the Radiology & Cardiology Front Office Operations- including the Team, Patients, Systems, Equipment, & Workflow Processes.Provide Customer Service, Reception And Clerical Support Ensuring Patient Records And Schedules Are Efficiently Maintained And Recorded For All Areas In a Fast-paced Imaging Environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have The FollowingAbility to communicate in both English and Spanish- required Previous clerical, reception, admitting or registration work - required Able to type a minimum of 30wpm Must be organized, able to multi-task Ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills required Course work related to medical terminology- preferred ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Train & lead Front Operations Teammates, including new employee onboarding and ongoing competency assessments.  Assign work duties and responsibilities to staff based on skill level and patient needs.  Share feedback and escalate performance issues.  Clinical Operations: Lead the daily operations of the Imaging Front Desk Operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and exam prioritization.  Patient Care: Address patient concerns and questions related to imaging appointments.  Collaborate with clinicians to ensure appropriate imaging orders and patient preparation.  Escalate complex patient situations to the appropriate healthcare provider or healthcare leader.
