Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree is a plus. - 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java applications. - 4+ years of experience in cloud migration projects, specifically with AWS. - Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing technical teams. - Strong understanding of AWS services, architecture patterns, and cloud-native application design. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
