Our client is seeking a Manager of Executive and Corporate Compensation with a minimum of six years of progressive compensation experience.This role blends hands‑on ownership with strategic influence, covering areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, vendor management, and talent initiatives. The ideal professional is comfortable operating as a trusted advisor while still rolling up their sleeves when needed.What You'll Do:Executive & Equity CompensationSupport the administration of executive compensation programs, including base, incentive, and long‑term plansAssist with preparation of leadership and committee materials, including competitive analyses and summariesPartner cross‑functionally with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on compensation governance and disclosuresSupport executive compensation reporting, documentation, and compliance requirementsMonitor market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving best practicesEquity ProgramsSupport administration of equity and incentive plans, including grants, vesting, and participant guidancePartner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and complianceProvide clear communication and support to participants regarding equity programsBroad‑Based Compensation, Structure & ReportingSupport annual merit and incentive planning, including budgeting, modeling, and leadership reportingAdminister and support compensation planning tools within the HRIS, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure data accuracyConduct market pricing and benchmarking to support competitive pay practicesSupport broad‑based incentive and recognition programsJob Architecture & AnalyticsMaintain job descriptions, job architecture, and salary structures to support internal equity and market alignmentPartner with HR and business leaders to support role clarity and levelingProvide compensation analyses, modeling, and reporting to support leadership decision‑makingCompliance & GovernanceSupport compliance with applicable compensation‑related regulations and internal governance standardsAssist with audit support, documentation, and defensibility of programsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of progressive compensation experience, with exposure to executive compensation and equity programs preferredCCP, CEP, or similar professional certification preferredPreferred ExperienceMaster’s degree a plusExperience using SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS for compensation planningExposure to executive compensation governance, including committee support and proxy‑related materials (e.g., CD&A)
